This Privacy Policy explains how Rareview® ("Rareview," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Alpaca plugin website at rareview.com/public/plugins/alpaca and related pages (the "Site").

Alpaca is a free, open-source WordPress plugin. This policy covers the Alpaca marketing website only. It does not govern your use of the Alpaca plugin itself once installed on your own WordPress site (see "About the Alpaca plugin" below).

A note about the Alpaca plugin

Alpaca is self-hosted. When you install the plugin on your own WordPress site, all data it captures and stores — including bug reports, screenshots, issue records, and user activity — remains entirely within your WordPress environment. Rareview does not receive, access, transmit, or store any data from your installed Alpaca plugin. There is no cloud account, no external service, and no phone-home telemetry.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the Alpaca website when you browse it, contact us, or subscribe to updates.
