How Alpaca works

Up and running in minutes.

Needs more help? Read the docs.

Install the plugin

Download from the WordPress Directory and activate. No API keys or external accounts needed. It works right out of the box.

One click reports

A discreet button appears on the front end. Users click, type on sentence, and hit submit. Alpaca captures everything else automatically.

Work the board

Reports land on the Kanban board with full context attached. Assign, add checklists, comment, and ship, all with a complete audit trail.

Compare Alpaca

Other project management tools require code switching.

There’s nothing wrong with stand alone tools, except that they are inherently more challenging to use. Complex setups, code switching and multitasking, accounts and invitation management, and billing. Alpaca exists to simplify things.
